John has been actively involved in several aspects of commercial real estate since 1993. His expertise involves site selection, deal pipeline management, leasing (existing and new construction), tenant representation and development. With 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate, John has worked for Hallmark Cards as a Regional Real Estate Manager, Caribou Coffee as its Director of Real Estate, Perrine Wheeler Real Estate Investment as its Director of Leasing and currently owns and operates JMS Commercial that primarily focuses on retail and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) investment sales and site selection for his broad base of clients.
