I’m John Merenda, and I’ve been in commercial real estate since 1993 — working across tenant representation, site selection, investment sales, and leasing for national retailers, industrial tenants, local businesses, and property owners. That range gave me a well-rounded view of the market most brokers don’t get.
What’s shaped me most, though, is becoming a property owner and investor myself. Experiencing real estate from the ownership side taught me to protect investments, think long-term, and make decisions based on strategy, not emotion. That’s the lens I bring to every client relationship.
Relationships matter more than transactions to me. Trust is earned through integrity, communication, and always putting my clients’ interests first — that’s the standard behind everything I do.
